How can I be sure you are the right person for the job?
Give us a call today! How best to figure if we are the best people for the job than to get your free on-site consultation and estimate scheduled? We always welcome second opinions, and offer them as well. We are a small, family-owned and -operated business, and we treat each client the way we want to be treated: with integrity and respect. We want you to get the best experience and the best quality of work you can.
What experience do you have?
Josh has been working in the Pacific Northwest arborist community for over a decade in some of the harshest weather and in some of the largest trees! He has also worked with crews in Hawai'i, where he learned how to care for trees and shrubs native to the islands. His education and experience are vast and ever-expanding in tree health and care, and he takes a personalized approach to each and every client.

Josh specializes in tree health care and pruning of Broad-Leaf and Japanese Maples (to include Lace Leaf Maples and Vine Maples). He also has experience with Douglas Fir, Birch, Cypress, and Fruit-bearing trees, as well as a variety of shrubs.

In 2024, he successfully obtained his ISA Certification! This certification just goes to support his experience and knowledge in the arborist industry.
What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?
Our consultations are done on site. We will take photos and notes of what you are looking for and what you need done. You will receive an e-mailed estimate within 2-3 business days outlining the details of the work to be completed and estimated cost. You are under no obligation to accept our estimate, however they do expire after 30 days. If accepted within 30 days, your estimate is acknowledged upon scheduling of services and payment of the deposit.
We also offer No Surprise Billing! This means, what we show on the estimate is the most we expect you to pay for the work as described. This also means, if our expenses are higher than anticipated, that's on us. We do not add on additional fees and costs, nor additional services without another estimate and discussion with you. No work is completed that is not approved and agreed to prior!
Wait, you said No Surprise Billing but then mentioned a deposit?!
That is correct! We require a deposit of 50% of the total estimate due upon acceptance of the quote. The deposit will be applied to the total, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. You will be invoiced for each separately.

*Deposits are non-refundable. They do get applied to the full balance upon completion of the work.
